Houdah Al-Hakim

Houdah Al-Hakim is a Certified Security Management Professional and CEO of Quick Click Security. Houdah is an advocate for the improvement of standards and opportunities within the private security industry and brings with her a diverse skill set having had a previous career as a solicitor and almost 6 years working in legal recruitment. Since joining the industry in 2013 Houdah has been very busy – with experience as a front line licence holder, business operations manager and risk management consultant Houdah has acquired a variety of perspectives, of which she has used to develop a platform to centralise access to career and development opportunities. Houdah holds a real passion around diversity and inclusion at all levels and as a Board Member of the Women’s Security Society (WSS) and with a recent appointment onto the SIA Skills and Strategy Group is working hard to raise standards and promote opportunities for all.
