Has operated in most sectors with the focus of delivering quality security solutions to support private and public service customers. Actively involved with industry associations, and current Chairman of the City Security Council, he is committed to raising the profile of the Security Industry and its skilled professionals, while encouraging talent of the future. Neill serves as Managing Director of CIS Security, an Independent London based Security Services Specialist.
